I know employers are looking for something different, not run of the mill on apps. I'm not sure what a personal statement is really. If you have achieved something that you are really proud of that is relevant to work I guess you could add that. Maybe a volunteer project or something, I don't know. Maybe even something goofy like winning blue ribbons for public speaking in 4H would work. I still don't know. I don’t know.
