Thus, you've addressed the issue, but keep the bargaining chip - then, if the offer comes in too low, you can ask for 2 weeks more vacation, or something "non monetary" - Don’t EVER include salary requirements – even when they say it, because if you’re too low, you’ve got yourself sold for less than what the market was willing to pay.
