You can revise your own resume. Just look at some of the samples on the internet and implement some changes yourself. $600 is a lot of money.
I have a resume site and while I don’t usually provide resume re-writing services, I know that typically, the fee ranges from $200-$300.
I’ll post the site URL in case you want to research some information yourself and do your own rewrite (which I suggest).

I’ve researched resumes and resume formats and have come up with one that you should take a look at. See link below.
It may not be your resume, it could just be timing. The Telecom market is converging leaving fewer opportunities. If you are willing to travel that may open more opportunities for you.
Anyway your recruiters should be able to help you with that as well as help you with your resume. After all it is in their best interest to submit a great resume. Try to find new recruiters to help with your search –
And never pay $600 for a resume unless payment is contingent on it helping you land your next job!!

That sounds ridiculous. Don’t pay that much. Ask your friends and family. Better yet, ask YahooAnswers for resume help!
