How To Get Resume Support From Rapidshare Using Rapidshare Premium Account?

I have recently redeemed my points to get my rapidshare premium account but the problem is I cannot get resume support from it.
I tried downloading through Firefox and opera but both of them failed.
I tried installing Free Download Manager but it does not catches the downloads.
Please help me in getting the resume support.

sounds like you could use DAP it’s free and comes with full resume support
you can use internet download manager to download from rapidshare
