Here are some tips for you:
Since you are a fresh graduate or candidate you would need to highlight your future goal first of all I mean write in impresive words what you wanna do and remember not to undermine the organization/instituion you want to join. I mean appreciate its image show you would be an asset to the firm/company through your words like committment, zest hardwork, efficiency under pressurised atmosphere etc etc.
2ndly you would be fresh candidate you would have to highlight your projects if you did any during your studies as you said you worked for your dad, so highlight it describe it but with such a presentation that it may assist you in getting the job. Remember your resume at this stage must be like a magical one attractive it should market you and yourself coz you need to get attention of the employer.
Also highlight any minute detail regarding any achievment in your life any voulantary work any expertise and yes your hobbies please ind that your hobbies should support your personality and your image like in Marketing jobs a person who would say he is social bee adn like to connect and have connections etc or memeber of a social club etc is successful.
In brief start with your objective a rosy picture raise expectations sell yourself in this para get attention of the employer and then breif about your qualification your projects your intrests your hobbies any other information and then refernces. keep it upto 2 pages max
