I Need Help Writing Resume For Cemetery Supervisor Position?

I’m trying to write a resume for my husband. We are trying to relocate to the midwest. He is in the cemetery business and has been in management for several years. He was also in the Marine Corp for seven years. I have no idea where to start, or what type of resume would be best to use. I feel like the resume I have started minimizes his true character and skills. I would appreciate any ideas or help
