Are you in the US? Then first of all, you will need to brush up your skills and your spelling & your english. Billing is not the same as it was 7 years ago; so you would need to either take a new course or not try to find work as a coder/biller until you are up to date. As to your resume, there are books and web sites available, but no one can make an impressive resume if there is nothing there to work with. You need to be honest on your resume but you can do a bit of “fluffing”. not much tho as in the medical field that will quickly become obvious. I suggest looking at the community colleges near you to review & they can also help with the resume. Good luck.
