Resume Writing : Is There A Business Opportunity ?

I have seen a lot of questions on writing resumes and cover letters in Yahoo Answers.
For Filipinos only : Would you pay one hundred pesos to somebody that will put your work / education / training / personal and other data into a nice looking ( 2 page ) resume with a color photo on the upper right hand corner ? The photo must be supplied.

I don’t think that would work since resumes are usually slanted toward the specific kind of job and industry that someone is looking for. I doubt one resume-preparing individual would have the range of knowledge to know what sells in all the possible career choices.
There are already software programs sold that crank out professional looking resumes. In addition most unemployment offices and head hunters know how to do a good looking resume tailored for specific fields. In many fields in which searching and filtering of resumes is done online a paper copy is worthless.
You would also have to be aware of legal niceties like whether putting in a photo might encourage bias against specific ethnicities who could be spotted by looking at the photo.

What about finding a new job that best suits me instead of just making my resume?????? : )
