Do people with Masters degrees really make spelling error on their own resume? That’s funny – they probably can’t figure out why nobody is hiring them!
People have no idea that the resume is what gets your foot in the door. I thought everyone knew that much!

Yeah, you wouldn’t think so but… I find that the most common errors in resume writing are simple silly errors. Thanks for your interest.

Don’t freak but I see worse resumes all the time !
so the problem is the misformatting… HOW CAN THIS BE PREVENTED???
Resumes do not get you interviews. This is misleading. What gets you the interview is writing an effective achievements based cover letter.
The cover letter is an important part of the package, you are right there, but the cover letter will generally not do the job solely on it’s own.
It is the Resume that “sells” you after the cover letter has warmed up the reader.
Thank you for your comment .
You must keep up with the current HR hiring and screening practices so that your Resume fits in to what is currently needed.
Resumes themselves can be misleading, even if it does get you the interview. Sadly, people “embellish” or rather lie to sell themselves. The cover letter combined with the resume, makes selling you even better because it sells the human being that wishes to be interviewed along with the skills and experience.
I agree you need both the cover letter and the Resume. But there is one more important piece to the puzzle…the follow up letter.
Follow-up is a rare action that can many times seal the deal for you!.
the picture of the resume wasn’t visually crisp.
