Beyond awesome. I can create a great looking resume and cover letter online… then I can then know WHEN an employer has opened my resume, how long he or she looked at it, if it was forwarded on and to whom… how cool is that!

I think what’s most cool about this service is that you don’t need to e-mail an attachment, and that the employer can access the resume online. I’ve had experiences with companies that did not allow e-mail attachments. This is very clever.
