Application Manager doesn't have very robust document management options, but you should be able to update documents before the job closes. There is a help link in the Application Manager site that is supposed to explain this, but it doesn't look to be working right now. If you're having problems changing documents, you should consider emailing ApplicationManagerHelpDesk@opm.gov to get some assistance. Let them know what you've tried (especially if you try the first suggestion) so they don't point you back to USAJOBS for support.
