		<description>If the resume is still in USAJOBS, you can try deleting it from there first and trying again, but the problem may be in Application Manager.  Application Manager doesn&#039;t have very robust document management options, but you should be able to update documents before the job closes.  There is a help link in the Application Manager site that is supposed to explain this, but it doesn&#039;t look to be working right now.  If you&#039;re having problems changing documents, you should consider emailing ApplicationManagerHelpDesk@opm.gov to get some assistance.  Let them know what you&#039;ve tried (especially if you try the first suggestion) so they don&#039;t point you back to USAJOBS for support.
